Key concepts

Feedback — raw input from users: a bug report, a feature request, a suggestion, or general commentary. Feedback is not shown publicly.

Cluster — a group of similar feedback items that AI has identified as expressing the same underlying need. Clusters are the bridge between raw feedback and structured feature requests.

Feature request (roadmap item) — a formalized item with a title, description, status, and priority. Derived from one or more clusters.

Changelog entry — a published release note linked to one or more completed roadmap items.

Public board — a shareable page at a custom slug that shows your roadmap and/or changelog.
