Quick Setup

Connect Your Workspace

Go to Integrations in your dashboard
Click Connect on the Notion integration
Authorize FutureBase to access your Notion workspace
Select the pages and databases you want to share

Configure Sync Settings

Choose your sync mode:

All Content: Sync everything accessible in your workspace
Selective Sync: Choose specific pages and databases
Exclude Items: Sync everything except specified items

Initial Sync

Your content will be automatically synced, converted to markdown, and made available to your chatbot. This may take a few minutes depending on the amount of content.

What Gets Synced

The integration syncs:

Page titles, content, and rich text formatting
Nested pages and hierarchies
Database entries (converted to individual pages)
Page metadata (creation and last edited dates)
Links and cross-references

Content is converted to clean markdown format, preserving structure while making it searchable for your AI.

Images and media are referenced but not stored. Large file attachments are not synced.

Sync Frequency

Automatic: Full sync every 24 hours
Manual: Trigger sync anytime from Integration Settings
Incremental: Only changed content is re-synced (efficient for large workspaces)
