Team Management
Invite team members, manage roles and permissions, and monitor organization-level activity with the audit log.
FutureBase supports multi-member teams. You can invite colleagues, assign roles with different permission levels, remove members, and review an audit log of organization-level changes.
Inviting members
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. Until they accept, they appear in the team list with a Pending badge.
If the invite expires before they accept (7 days), you can resend it from Settings → Team → [Member] → Resend Invite.
Roles
| Role | Description |

Changing a member's role
Changing a member from Admin to Member removes their access to organization settings and integrations immediately.
Removing a member
Removed members lose access immediately. Their past activity (tickets created, comments posted, conversations handled) remains in the system.
Transferring ownership
The Owner role can be transferred to another Admin:
Confirm. You will be downgraded to Admin and the selected member will become the new Owner.
Ownership transfer is immediate and cannot be undone without the new owner's cooperation.
Activity log
The activity log is an audit trail of organization-level changes. It records who did what and when.
Events recorded:
- Member invited, accepted invite, or removed
- Role changed
- Integration connected or disconnected
- Agent created or deleted
- Billing plan changed
- API keys created or revoked
- Organization settings changed
Viewing the activity log
Go to Settings → Activity Log.
You can filter by:
- Date range — narrow to a specific window
- Member — see all actions by a specific person
- Event type — filter to a category of events
The activity log retains events for 90 days on the Hobby plan and 12 months on Pro.
